Home Care Agency Blueprint Refund Policy
At Home Care Agency Blueprint, we are dedicated to ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals. Our refund policy is structured to reflect the customized nature of our programs, with specific contingencies that must be met before a refund is considered.
- No Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of our "Done With You" and "Done For You" programs, and the immediate access provided to our course materials, we operate under a no-refund policy. Once payment is received and work has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
- Contingency-Based Refunds: In exceptional cases, a refund may be considered based on the following conditions:
- Completion of Program Milestones:
- For the "Done With You" Program: You must have completed at least 80% of the collaborative tasks, attended all scheduled coaching sessions, and actively participated in implementing the strategies.
- For the "Done For You" Program: Our team must have completed at least 70% of the deliverables as outlined in your signed agreement, and you must have provided all necessary input and approvals in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated Effort:
- For the "Done With You" Program: You must provide evidence of your active involvement, including completed assignments, meeting notes, and communication records with our team.
- For the "Done For You" Program: You must demonstrate that you have provided all required information, feedback, and approvals to our team to enable the completion of your project.
- Coaching and Communication:
- You must have participated in all scheduled coaching calls (for "Done With You") or provided necessary feedback during review sessions (for "Done For You") to address any challenges or issues encountered during the program.
- Implementation and Review:
- For the "Done With You" Program: You must show that you have implemented the strategies and techniques as instructed and have given our team a reasonable opportunity to review and optimize the outcomes.
- For the "Done For You" Program: You must show that you have provided timely feedback and allowed our team to make necessary adjustments or corrections as the project progressed.
- Refund Request Timeline: Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days of completing the respective program milestones. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
- Completion of Program Milestones:
- Refund Request Process: To request a refund, you must submit a detailed explanation of why you believe a refund is warranted, along with supporting documentation. Your request will be reviewed by our team, and we will respond within 14 business days with a decision.
- Partial Refund Option: In cases where a full refund is not applicable but where a genuine effort to engage with the program is evident, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Home Care Agency Blueprint.
- Program Transfers: If a refund is not granted, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a future program or to another individual who may benefit from the Home Care Agency Blueprint.
